The College List
should be tailored to fit each students needs. Do you want to emphasize college choice without financial aid as a criteria
or is financial aid a must. The list should take into account all criteria. There should be large as well as small colleges
and Universities, urban as well as rural campuses, ones where admission will be fairly easy as well as ones were admission
will be a chalenge. It should be emphasised that visiting diverse campuses will allow the student a chance to make a good
decision.
|
The college list
will give basic criteria. Average SAT scores, aceptance rate, four year graduation rate, % receiving merit awards, average
% of grant as opposed to need. These criteria will be explained and how they relate to the student so they become relevant
to a good choice.
